Hi,
I have a requirement in which I have to display some Items and their values in the Title Section of my Discoverer report. Is it possible to do so?

As far as I know, you can only have items and their values in page items, side/top or as data ("center" of a matrix layout).
The only data-related things you can put in the title are parameters (including their value) and conditions.
