Crystal Group Problem [message #238407]

Hi All,

I have small doubt in crystal reports

Question:

I have created a group by one field name called "Counterparty"

Counterparty like:

JPM LDN
JPM LDN 2 etc,

While generating the report the output should be like below,

JPM LDN

x1
x2
x3
x4

JPM LDN 2

y1
y2
y3

But i am currently getting the ouput like below,

JPM LDN

x1
x2

JPM LDN

X3
x4

JPM LDN 2

y1
y2

JPM LDN 2

y3

Finally what i need is,

I want to group by counterparty field.

&

If the question is not clear pls ask again i will detail..

I'm not familiar with Crystal Reports, but I guess it works like any other reporting tool...
It looks as if there is another group by involved, on another
column I mean, could you check that?

This really is a Forum which deals with Oracle reporting tools - Report Builder and Discoverer. I believe that's why Sabine suggested you to visit Crystal Reports forum which might be a more appropriate place to find the answer.
