HI,
Anybody please help me out in finding a solution for the above oracle discoverer error.
When I try to retrieve data above 2000 rows, the following error is displayed:
"ORA-03123:Operation would block
The data retrieved by the query is incomplete because it was
cancelled. Do you want to continue working with the sheet?
YES/NO".
I highly appreciate quick response.

You are aware of the fact that Discoverer 3.1 is an old, de-supported version?
Therefor, it's kind of hard to guess what's going on. But you could check in the option if there is a limit set in the query governor (as far as I recall, that was already there in 3.1), look for something like "limit rows to" and enlarge that number.
Does this error occur everytime you run this workbook?
