DG 10.2 --

I have a dataguard setup where a log switch creates an archived redo log file in two locations on the Primary Server (one of the locations is labeled "flash recovery area"). However, only ONE archived redo log file is created on the Standby Server.

Is there a way to store more than one archived redo log file on the Standby server, so that the number/location of files remains consistent on both servers?

Maybe my question should be "Why would you multiplex Archived Redo Logs?

Any thoughts? Thanks,

Mike

I guess you can define only one remote location for archiving.

Thanks, Dreamz! I'll let you know if I find anything different.
